No it's not!! That was evangalion. This is Noir. They are two completely different animes. Asaka has long red hair, this girl who's name I can never get right has short brown hair. Besides, these assassins remain cool and emotionally distant while they kill people with guns and knives. Asaka is very emotional and ends up having a total mental breakdown after fighting giant alien lifeforms called 'angels' in her giant robot. Totally different.
