For anyone who wants to participate vicariously. :)
Let's see, the firm had little croissant sandwiches with pork and apple jelly inside, roast beef, sushi (bleah), crab dip, spinach/artichoke dip, with all sorts of fancy breads, and two towers of cream puffs, surrounded by chocolate truffles, like ancient worshipers at a pastry pyramid.
Since it's a law firm in DC, the talk was mostly about politics and the economy.
It was awesome.
Party 2 happens in a few hours. It's a breakfast party, so I kind of wish I had cute pajamas to wear to it. I guess flannel pants and a cute t-shirt will have to do.
Nuts I don't even have a Christmas t-shirt! I am totally unprepared for a Christmas breakfast party.
