Who ever thought it was a good idea to put DC cops on segues? Like the criminals needed another reason to not respect law enforcement?!
Too true. You know what's really hilarious? The wandering groups of segues tourists, with the helmets and knee pads and other safety gear, toodling across the crosswalks.
They kill me.
Although after hiking the mall it looks more and more agreeable.
