This one is particularly brilliant.
Someone has taken the opening sequence of Cowboy Bebop, and remixed it as an alternate opening for Evangelion.
My eyeballs go squinty with pain just thinking about the amount of work that went into this.

You know, I don't think she did. Please send me one, that would be great!
Mint Chocolate Chip is pretty dang tasty, but I think Mint Cookies and Cream dwarfs it for sheer minty awesomeness.
My favorite ice cream however, is Karmel Sutra. There's caramel and chocolate/choc chip ice cream, seperated by a core of soft caramel.
It's gooood stuff.
